Follow these Six Steps to Success.
1) Create a vision – Start with the end in mind – but make it something BIG and exciting – it has got to be worth doing.
2) Get clear on what’s currently working and what gets in your way. Start noticing what you do now, what you believe, and what is holding you back. It is so useful to keep a journal, as awareness is the first step towards successful change.
3) Experiment and play with options. Try new approaches to see what happens, and evaluate whether they work for you. But have fun trying.
4) Do more of the things that make you feel good AND get the results you want, and then get better at them.
5) Build a growth mindset. Practise resilience, integrity, curiosity, gratitude, and embrace mistakes.
5) Create a support structure. Surround yourself with people who know more and will sustain your continued growth.
6) Celebrate. Celebrating your success is incredible for your wellbeing. It increases motivation and promotes gratitude. Having a coach is ideal for this work – they stretch, motivate, feedback keep you accountable and believing in yourself.
