Laughter Is The Best Medicine

Laughter is the Best Medicine!

I love a good laugh. It makes me feel good, releases tension and makes me feel good about the person I’m laughing with, too. There is actual evidence that laughter has physical, emotional, and social benefits and is a solution for releasing stress and can make us more creative and productive. There are loads of funny videos and stuff on the internet when we need a good laugh, but can you make yourself laugh for no reason?

I once did a laughter yoga session with a teacher, and once we got over the slight awkwardness, there was genuine laughter.

Try making yourself laugh. Here is a 2-minute laughter challenge.

Here is a 2-minute video of a technique to get you laughing – give it a go. See if it makes you laugh and what changes you observe emotionally and physically. Click here to watch the video
