Ideas Don’t Come Fully Formed

Ideas don’t come fully formed, and realising your mission is a discovery process.

 

This is normal, so I help clients turn the process into a game they feel they can win every day.

This feedback was from an entrepreneur client who wanted to start a new business, but he didn’t know exactly what yet.

I suggested he organize a “business brainstorming party” where he invited friends, colleagues, and other entrepreneurs – he supplied the food and drink and everyone else supplied thoughts and ideas – it was a huge success.

He shared these words shortly after he started his new business.
