Gratitude – Why grateful people always succeed. 

I believe in the principles of attraction and teach my clients how to use creative visualisation as a business tool. I also know that the brain is a filter, and it sees and feels whatever we focus on time and time again. 

We don’t get a choice in this – neuroscience tells us we experience more of what we focus on, the brain filters reality according to our parameters. 

Which brings us to gratitude?

If we make a practice of thinking consistently of all of the good things in our lives, or “count our blessings” as the old saying goes, then our brains will filter out more of the bad stuff and enable us to experience more of the things we desire. 

How does this work for being successful in business? 

Well, apply the above theory and compare these two examples.  Which is more likely to result in positive results? 

  1. “Business is hard; nobody wants my services.” 
  2. “I am grateful for all of the opportunities and the amazing clients I am creating.” 


You may not spontaneously alter your reality, but you are training your mind to filter for every possible advantageous connection in the world around that can deliver success.
